PREGNANCY YOGA CLASSES
Session are 1hr 20 mins long and suitable for mums with babies between 6 weeks and 13months. Term time only. Please get in touch with me, firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like more info or to book your space, priority is given to those having attended the antenatal classes.
I offer these classes for mother and for baby through the wonderful parenting charity NCT.
A special mother and baby yoga based activity with singing, stretching, movement and relaxation.
